Engine Crash on building game

Hey! My Game engine are crashing on building a game. Some can help me please

Does it happen every time on game building or just a once action? Also can you send this F:\Flax Projects/Out of Control/Logs/Crash_2021_07_09_18_42_21/Minidump.dmp file? It contains crash information to debug the cause of the problem.

It happen every time on game building.

Note : I have not installed Windows 10 or 8.1 SDK

Now I installed Windows SDK but it’s still crashing.
