Lantern diorama - post processing experiments

Started looking into the post-processing and lighting pipeline just as an experiment, thought I’d post my results here :slight_smile:
ps: not a proper artist, I’m more like a technical programmer please go easy on me :smiley:

Firstly I just started experimenting with light, materials and effects but then I wanted to see if I can create something like this https://github.com/OCASM/SSMS using the built-in post-processing stack (volumetric fog+depth of field)


I think it turned out pretty well. (Other than I wouln’t use this effect for small and closeup scenes but big open areas but oh well, im happy with it)
Ended up using a combination of AO, DOF, Volumetric Fog and Bloom
