Not usable yet on Mac OS X (Intel)

tried the editor, latest build today, it shows the red screen without any controls.
also it is not on Homebrew (which is, de facto, the platform to distribute free or open source software on Mac.
First impressions matter guys.

I have not found any issue with that problem **Issue description:** The UI r…enderer does not paint on macOS. <img width="1441" alt="image" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/22559887/156877784-8e8914dc-40fe-4ce0-8138-456e7572c3bf.png"> **Steps to reproduce:** Download latest (https://github.com/FlaxEngine/FlaxEngine/commit/aed6f0403d5b3a36518e940844811827417217a2) build. After starting and confirming a bunch of unknown app warnings via system preferences a splashscreen (??) only in red is coming up followed by a red window without content.
