Page Up/Down navigation in log window

In log window of editor, arrow keys are not efficient to scroll the long text.

Scrollbar works fine with mouse, but a little too fast with the large amount of text in the box.

PgUp/PgDn key will be perfect to fill the UX gap between line-by-line scroll and total-ratio scroll.

Added for text boxes in https://github.com/FlaxEngine/FlaxEngine/commit/c844c6b7f007599d53b8e2c7ba509ff3a2ec0c3e. It will be on lastest master build or if you don’t use that, it will be available for 1.9 release.
