Need Soft Mask. Is there a way?

When I use the mask, the corners look sharp even if I used a soft brush. Is there any way to prevent this? (Mask threshold doesn’t work in this regard.)

By the way, I wanted to open the title as “Need Soft Mask”, but the forum does not allow titles less than 15 characters.

You can use dithering for mask UVs and Temporal Anti Aliasing (in PostFx Volume settings) to make it smoother. OR use transparency and play with Opacity for super smooth transition.
