Switching From Unity to Flax

That’s good. Do Unigine support Android?
Unity has announced new pricing. But it’s up to you if you go back or not

Unigine not supported Android, for now.

Flax Engine version 1.7 should be released soon (within a month) and will have an updated EULA that should not change for a long time, which is good news for ex Unity users.

i know, i was not talking about mobile on that part…

i’m sure it is

intellisense worked well in vscode and visual studio 2022 in my tests (unity never worked in vscode for me), but in one of my PCs the textures are all black in preview of editor.

Welcome to Flax, Mazhar_Akbar! We’re happy to have you on board. If you have any questions about the transition from Unity, feel free to ask! There are many resources available online and in the Flax community forums.

Thank you :blush::blush:.

It’s been mentioned a few times before, but in my opinion it would help transitioning from unity a lot if the flax engine could use meters rather than cm. Then many tools, code and objects could be ported over much easier. I also find it more intuitive
